RETURNS & QUALITY GUARANTEE
Due to the limited nature of our custom drops, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, we stand by the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or defective, it is covered by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. Under this warranty, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
- Eligibility: This warranty strictly covers items damaged during shipment or manufacturing defects.
- Timeframe: You must identify and report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.
- How to Claim: Please email hello@thebrickprint.com with your order number and clear photo evidence of the damage.
CAN I PURCHASE WITH ANOTHER CURRENCY?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website you are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, where you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
DO YOU HAVE ANY PROMO CODES?
